What you bring:- 2+ years of hands‑on IT experience (preferred)
- Experience supporting Windows Desktop (applications, peripherals, and hardware)
- Experience supporting Windows Server and related applications
- Strong troubleshooting skills for desktop and network connectivity
- Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
- Willingness to pursue certifications to meet vendor requirements and maintain current technology knowledge
- Ability to travel within a 60‑mile radius of Yorktown, IN
- Strong customer service and relationship‑building skills
- Adaptability in managing shifting priorities and complex technical issues
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Ability to manage projects to completion with minimal downtime
- Demonstrates initiative, ownership, and attention to detail
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows desktop systems, applications, and hardware
- Install and support 3rd‑party desktop/server applications and miscellaneous hardware
- Manage and maintain Windows Server operating systems
- Support Microsoft tools including MDT, ADK, InTune, WICD & Auto Pilot
- Configure and support network/desktop printers and office desk phones
- Provide timely support to hundreds of end users across multiple companies
- Create and evolve documentation for systems, networks, processes, and projects
- Contribute ideas to enhance technical processes and approaches
- Provide onsite support as needed
- Participate in on‑call rotation
- Additional duties as assigned
