Provide exemplary leadership for the store and drive Pet Smart’s vision, mission, values and strategy at the store level;
Recruit, interview, hire, coach, and terminate associates as needed, and manage staffing and scheduling;
Oversee the associate experience and development, including reviews, training, onboarding, and succession planning;
Lead the in-store pet parent experience and ensure a safe, compliant, and high-service environment;
Manage store operations and P&L metrics, including inventory, labor, expenses, and reporting
