Security Officer - Part Time Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity according to site protocols.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, hallways, parking areas, loading zones, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor entry points, common areas, and/or property conditions while assisting with visitor interactions, directional support, and general site inquiries.;
Communicate with property management, tenants, and/or emergency personnel regarding incidents, maintenance-related concerns, and other security-related matters as needed.
