Staffing Solutions Enterprises is excited to partner with our client to identify a detailed Executive Assistant! The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the Executive Team by providing high-level administrative, organizational, and logistical support. This position requires discretion, accuracy, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while working closely with C-level leaders.

From managing calendars and travel to preparing executive presentations and coordinating meetings and events, this role helps keep the organization running smoothly and professionally.

  • Onsite in Youngstown
  • $65K-$90K, based on experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage corporate calendars, meetings, and travel for C-level executives
  • Prepare presentations and materials for board meetings, town halls, operational reviews, and executive sessions
  • Coordinate on-site and off-site meetings, including room setup, catering, materials, and vendor negotiations
  • Take meeting notes and maintain tracking tools for committees and corporate initiatives
  • Support company events, town halls, and employee engagement activities
  • Oversee conference room organization and maintain a polished, professional environment
  • Process executive expense reports and assist with general administrative support as needed
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior leadership in a professional environment
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with Smartsheet or similar work management tools preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and anticipate executive needs
