Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant is a high visible position for all that visit the Parish Cemeteries. As the Administrative Assistant for the Parish Cemeteries, you will interact and travel between locations, and interact with families, staff, and service providers, while reporting to the Associate Director. You will assist locations with administrative needs, help set-up users in the system, computer work to transfer data, assist with paperwork, answer family calls, multi-task in a busy work setting, and perform other clerical and administrative duties.
As our Administrative Assistant you will conduct yourself with a "Family First" approach, demonstrate by example, CFCS' Core Values–Share the Journey, Serve with Care, and Make It Happen–in all their dealings with families, staff, and internal/external contacts.

Schedule:
Monday
- Friday:
Saturdays when needed
Hours:
8:30am - 5pm

Travel between Parishes to manage projects
Act in a courteous, professional, and customer-focused manner
Strong time management skills and able to meet tight deadlines
Accurate data entry skills and record keeping
Manually manage new software transition information
Great multi-tasking skills
Coordinate with many internal departments and external providers
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Familiar with principles and processes for serving customers
Knowledge of the Catholic faith, rituals, and traditions
Must be tech savvy
Proficient with MS Office
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
High School diploma/GED
College degree a plus and/or 2-4 years of experience in an office environment
Must have a Valid Driver's License
Must have reliable transportation
Must pass Background Check
