Automotive Service Technician

The Automotive Service Technician is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Sharon, PA. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of vehicles to ensure they operate efficiently and safely. Daily tasks include inspecting vehicles, performing routine maintenance, identifying and resolving technical issues, replacing or repairing components as needed, and keeping accurate service records. The technician will collaborate with service advisors and other team members to provide an exceptional experience for customers.

• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle systems
• Experience in preventative maintenance, brake repair, engine work, and transmission or HVAC repairs
• Familiarity with using diagnostic tools, equipment, and software
• Knowledge of safety protocols and practices in an automotive service environment
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• ASE certification or equivalent is preferred; additional certifications are a plus
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in automotive repair is advantageous
