• Deliver parts safely, accurately, and professionally.
• Support customers with returns, cores, and service communication.
• Assist inside parts team with pulling and staging orders.
• Share customer needs and opportunities with sales and service teams.
• Participate in product and skills training.

• Customer focused and dependable.
• Positive attitude and team mindset.
• Basic mechanical or automotive knowledge preferred.
• Comfortable using computers and technology.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of truck/auto components.
• Excellent communication skills, speak English.
• High school business math skills.
• Knowledge of and ability to work on a computer.
• General mechanical aptitude.

• Walk, stand, kneel, crouch, reach and lift.
• Carry 10 to 50 pounds 70% of work time; 51 to 90 pounds 20%; 100+ pounds 10%.
• Safely operate company vehicles.
• Active workday including walking, lifting, and moving parts.
• Lift 10 to 50 lbs regularly, heavier lifting occasionally.
