Operations Analyst - Bank Operations

This position is 100% remote within the Bank's footprint. Employee will work full time remote outside of a Wes Banco location (may occasionally attend in person meetings, although primary functions of the role are performed remotely).

Bachelor’s degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.

Minimum of three years experience in banking, preferably in operations, required.

SUMMARY:

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for assisting teams within operations to identify, plan and complete projects. Additionally, the Operations Coordinator must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and other programs; and understands the importance of technology. Assists team Managers with planning, organizing, developing and controlling department activities to accomplish individual, team and company objectives. Ensure and assists the Operations Team in the documentation, standardization and measurement of key business processes to promote a total quality management environment;

allows for the continual improvement and efficiency of key departmental processes. Responsible for providing internal customer support to all branches, treasury management and lending personnel concerning questions about the deposit and loan records on the deposit and loan systems. This position must work harmoniously with all departments within the organization.
