Mercy Health - - Responsibilities:
Receive, coordinate, and disseminate critical information from emergency and non-emergency calls.;
Maintain radio contact with mobile/field units to monitor response and provide support.;
Relay descriptions and information to protective service field units regarding wanted persons, missing persons, or arrests.;
Operate and monitor multiple communications channels including CCTV, access control, fire alarms, and panic alarms per procedures.;
Document and maintain logs of units dispatched with times and locations; provide information to outside agencies as appropriate.
