Marching Band Flag and Rifle Instructor

Must have extensive knowledge of flag and rifle technique and instruction. Must have at least two years' experience performing with a collegiate marching band. Proven experience in teaching and modeling character and responsible behavior. Positive, high energy, and committed. Partner well with the Band Staff. Ability to establish working relationships with co-workers and function as a cohesive team. Able to have effective and positive communication with students, staff members, directors, and parents.

Responsible, professional, and embodies high ethical standards and integrity. Attend Line rehearsals, Marching Band rehearsals, and Marching Band performances. Work with the Line Captains to develop a high-quality Flag and Rifle Line. Work with the Line Captains to create the routine and maintain rehearsal goals. Share ideas based on knowledge and experience to enhance the overall vision of the Flag and Rifle Line.

Assist with Woodwind sectionals when deemed necessary by the Band Directors.
