Customer Service Install Coordinator

Window World is seeking an energetic, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Install Coordinator at our Youngstown location. • Coordinate and manage installation team schedules
• Create efficient installation routes to maximize productivity within manageable travel distances
• Communicate with customers to schedule installations
• Maintain clear communication between customers and installation crews
• Manage loading lists for products and accessories, ensuring all materials are available prior to installation
• Research and obtain permits for installation projects

• Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service skills
• Previous customer service experience required
• Data entry experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
