• Contract Duration: 6 months (Temp to Hire)
• Schedule: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Pay rate: $17/Hr on W2 | W/O Benefits

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing customer communications via phone, email, and text with professionalism and efficiency.
• Independently resolve customer issues by utilizing available tools, resources, and sound judgment, partnering with stores when needed.
• Meet or exceed departmental goals for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues appropriately.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ability to produce clear, professional written communication.
• Demonstrated basic math skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping others.
• Commitment to first-call resolution.
• Excellent English comprehension and grammar.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role (phone or in-person).
