Customer Service Representative

Overview

CS Rep acts as the frontline link to assist providers in optical offices. They are responsible for answering inquiries via phone, email, and fax, ensuring overall provider satisfaction. They also enter vision prescription orders and investigate existing ones as part of their duties.

Expected 2-month contract with possible extension

$21/hr the pay rate may differ depending on your skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.

• Act as the frontline link to assist providers in optical offices.
• Answer inquiries via phone, email, and fax; ensure overall provider satisfaction.
• Enter vision prescription orders and investigate existing ones as part of duties.

• Proficiency in using a computer to navigate between different websites; strong communication, time management, problem-solving, and active listening skills.
• Desirable attributes include empathy to understand provider frustration and strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products is a plus.
