Customer Service Sales Specialist

We are recruiting a Customer Service Representative/Account Manager on behalf of our client, a well-established manufacturing company in the Youngstown, Ohio area.

This individual will serve as a key point of contact for customers, sales representatives, and internal departments while managing quoting, order processing, account support, and issue resolution.

• Process customer orders and prepare product quotes
• Manage customer accounts from order entry through completion
• Respond to product, pricing, delivery, and order-related inquiries
• Partner with Sales, Manufacturing, and Quality Control to address customer needs
• Resolve order discrepancies, complaints, and quality-related concerns
• Expedite orders and proactively communicate updates
• Maintain accurate customer, quoting, and order information in CRM and ERP systems

• 2-4 years of customer service, order management, or account management experience
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Experience with order entry, quoting, and CRM or ERP systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Professional, personable, and comfortable initiating conversations
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Associate degree preferred; bachelor's degree is a plus
