Location: Youngstown, OH 44515 (Onsite)
Duration: 2-3 Months and Possibility of Extension
Shift: 9am – 5:30pm (Mon – Fri)
Payrate: $20.99/hr on W2 all inclusive.
Job Description:
- Client CS Rep acts as the frontline link to assist providers in optical offices.
- They are responsible for answering inquiries via phone, email, and fax, ensuring overall provider satisfaction.
- In addition, entering in vision prescription orders and investigating existing ones is part of their duty.
- Top 3-5 mandatory and/or minimum requirements: Proficiency in the use of computers to navigate between different websites, effective communication, time management, problem-solving, and active listening.
- Top 3-5 desirable attributes/qualifications: Empathy to understand provider frustration, problem-solving, and active listening. Experience with Microsoft Office products a plus.
- Required levels/ Years of Experience education – High school diploma/4+ years of customer service experience.
