$14.50-$15.50/hour base pay plus bonuses and incentives

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you will help create an exceptional experience for our customers while supporting the growth of our business.

Customer Service

• Answer inbound calls from customers and prospects
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Resolve customer concerns and follow up to ensure satisfaction
• Manage communications through phone, email, text, and other channels

Scheduling & Sales

• Schedule estimates and cleaning appointments
• Follow our proven sales process
• Convert leads into customers
• Help retain existing customers and build long-term relationships

Office Support

• Enter and maintain accurate customer information
• Manage schedules and appointments
• Support daily office operations
• Work closely with team members to achieve goals

Team Culture

• Represent the Molly Maid brand professionally
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace

Required Qualifications

• Previous customer service, office, receptionist, call center, scheduling, administrative assistant, or sales support experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong data entry and computer skills
• Available to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to successfully complete a background check
