What You'll DoAs a Customer Service Representative, you will help create an exceptional experience for our customers while supporting the growth of our business.

Customer Service Answer inbound calls from customers and prospects

Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently

Resolve customer concerns and follow up to ensure satisfaction

Manage communications through phone, email, text, and other channels

Scheduling & Sales Schedule estimates and cleaning appointments

Follow our proven sales process

Convert leads into customers

Help retain existing customers and build long-term relationships

Office Support Enter and maintain accurate customer information

Manage schedules and appointments

Support daily office operations

Work closely with team members to achieve goals

Team Culture Represent the Molly Maid brand professionally

Contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace

Required Qualifications Previous customer service, office, receptionist, call center, scheduling, administrative assistant, or sales support experience preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong data entry and computer skills

Available to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Authorized to work in the United States Able to successfully complete a background check
