Dream Dental & Sleep is seeking a full-time General Dentist with an ownership pathway to join our growing, technology-driven practice in Hermitage, PA . This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated dentist to grow into practice ownership .

• New denovo practice opened in 2025
• 80 new patients per month
• Average production: $172K/month
• 3 operatories currently with expansion potential to 6
• 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday, 9 AM – 5 PM)

• CBCT
• Trios digital scanners
• CEREC with in-house lab capabilities
• Digital radiography and handheld X-rays
• Fully digital workflow

• Up to $25K Sign-On Bonus
• Compensation:
  Competitive percentage of production/collections
• Earning potential:
  Up to $250,000 - $500,000 annually

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active or eligible for a Pennsylvania dental license
• Open to new graduates or experienced dentists
