• Patient Population: Adult & Geriatric

• Aneurysm Repairs (Thoracic, Abdominal, Peripheral)

• Vascular Access Devices

• AV Shunt Procedures

• Carotid Artery Stenting

• Bypass Surgery

• Aortofemoral Bypass

• Stenting

• Endovascular & Open Reconstruction for Deep Vein Occlusions

• Lymphedema

• Peripheral Artery Disease

• Limb Gangrene

• Mileage (IRS rate)

• Rental Car

• Hotel

• Flights

• Board Certified + FACS

• Active Ohio License (No Exceptions)

• DEA

• BLS/ACLS
