This facility is seeking an Electrophysiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule:

Day 8 hours, Call

Schedule:

24 hours on call, Call Ratio: 1:4

· Practice Setting: inpatient and call

· Type of cases and required procedures:
Electrical Cardioversions, Electrocardiograms (EKGs), Tilt Table Tests, All electrophysiology procedures

· Credentialing timeframe: 120 days

· Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC

· Certifications required:
Board Certified, Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support

· Licensure required:
Ohio
