You’ll provide anesthesia services across a diverse surgical caseload while medically supervising Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) who are always in‑house to support seamless care delivery. • Salary: $500,000 annually
• Profit Sharing: $26,000 per year
• Schedule: 2 twenty‑four hour shifts per week (days are negotiable and flexible)

• Administer anesthesia and continuously monitor patients throughout surgical procedures across multiple specialties
• Provide pre‑operative evaluations, intra‑operative management, and post‑operative care to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Medically supervise CRNAs to maintain the highest standards of anesthesia safety and delivery
• Collaborate with surgeons, perioperative nurses, and the broader care team to deliver seamless, patient‑centered care
• Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of all anesthesia services and patient encounters

Your caseload will include a wide variety of surgical procedures, offering excellent clinical diversity:

• OB anesthesia
• Vascular and thoracic cases
• General surgery
• Healthy pediatrics
• Orthopedic procedures

• MD or DO with board certification or board eligibility in Anesthesiology
• Active Ohio medical license or eligibility to obtain
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership ability, and communication skills
