Part-time Faculty, Finance - Lariccia School of Accounting and Finance

Responsibilities

• Teaches undergraduate courses in finance and personal financial literacy.
• Plans, organizes, and provides feedback to promote and direct student success.
• Responds to students in a timely manner.
• Communicates with students, departments, and university officials via university provided tools and resources.

Typically, Monday through Friday. Teaching assignments may be remote or at various locations.

Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

• At least a master's degree in business or a related field; professional experience in finance; and must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

• Professional certification(s) in finance.
• Prior teaching experience.

In accordance with the U.S. Department of Labor physical demands strength ratings, this position will perform sedentary work. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods. Jobs may be defined as Sedentary when walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other Sedentary criteria are met. Work involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
