Educational Aide Role
Title: Educational Aide
Location: Youngstown, Ohio
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: Full-time school schedule
Compensation: $20/hour
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision
Certification: Valid Ohio NCLB Educational Aide Permit required
- Full school-year, contract position from August 24, 2026 – June 7, 2027
- Multiple openings across elementary, middle, high school, and alternative school locations
- Opportunity to work in special education and gain valuable school-based experience
- Support students in a classroom setting
- Some roles may require toileting assistance and/or diapering support
- Collaborate with teachers and classroom staff
- Consistent Monday–Friday schedule
- Weekly pay
- Virtual Zoom interviews
- Previous experience working with children or individuals with disabilities preferred
- Ability to work effectively as part of a classroom team
- Reliable, patient, and professional
