Responsibilities
Teach courses in music as assigned by the department chair, developing and submitting course syllabi, planning and updating curriculum, delivering engaging instruction, assessing student performance, and submitting grades in accordance with university deadlines. Regularly communicate with students, support departmental goals, and collaborate with faculty colleagues to foster a dynamic learning environment. Provide feedback to promote and direct student success and respond to students in a timely manner.
WorkSchedule
Typically, Monday through Friday. Teaching assignments may be remote or at various locations.

Qualifications and CompetenciesMinimum Qualifications: At least a bachelor's degree in music. Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in music. Documented experience teaching music at the college level.
Work Authorization: Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
Physical Requirements: Sedentary work involving up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or negligible force frequently.
