Part‑time Faculty, Educational Administration – Teacher Education and Leadership Studies.

Graduate‑level faculty teach courses focused on PK–12 educational leadership, including school finance, budgeting, organizational management, school improvement, and policy implementation. The role emphasizes real‑world application through case studies, projects, and leadership simulations, while providing academic advising and mentoring. Faculty collaborate with program colleagues to align curriculum with state licensure standards and support adult learners preparing for leadership roles.

Plan, develop, and deliver graduate courses in educational administration; provide timely feedback and support to students; engage students through applied learning experiences; offer academic advising and mentoring; collaborate with department faculty to ensure curriculum meets licensure requirements and supports student success; maintain a positive learning environment for adult learners.

Required
:
Doctoral degree in Educational Leadership, Education Administration or closely related field; extensive PK–12 administrative experience at the school and district levels (e.g., principal, assistant superintendent, superintendent); current Ohio professional administrative licensure (Superintendent or Principal); knowledge of Ohio school finance and financial management; demonstrated expertise in school improvement planning, curriculum development, educator evaluation, instructional leadership; and authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.

Preferred
:
Prior experience teaching or mentoring graduate students in educational leadership; proficiency with hybrid, online, and face‑to‑face delivery models; experience developing professional development for educators; ability to integrate real‑world scenarios into instruction; strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills; and experience guiding curriculum development and staff evaluation.

Typically Monday‑through‑Friday; teaching assignments may be remote or at various locations.

Primarily sedentary work, occasional lifting or moving of up to 10 pounds.
