We are looking for a Project Manager to enhance our Water/Wastewater team.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to lead, develop, and inspire a motivated organization within our Water/Wastewater practice group. Your strong leadership skills, work ethic, and business acumen will drive exceptional client service and foster new business development.
This position offers a chance to oversee the conceptualization, design, and construction administration of water and wastewater infrastructure projects throughout the region, perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and aim to deliver outstanding results.
This hybrid position can be located in any of our Midwest Offices.
What You'll Do:- Lead and cultivate a team of water resource professionals and support staff.
- Direct the design workflow for water/wastewater/treatment/distribution/collection projects from planning to execution.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Prepare comprehensive construction documents, including detailed plans and specifications.
- Develop project cost estimates and timelines.
- Provide overall technical guidance and direction to design engineers and team members.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering efforts to achieve project goals.
- Collaborate with CAD staff to ensure design accuracy.
- Engage with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance.
- Support or take the lead in preparing proposals and strategic client initiatives.
- Drive client relationship management and development efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- 7+ years of experience in water/wastewater/stormwater planning, design, and construction as a lead engineer or project manager.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing project expectations and mentoring team members.
- Current Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Excellent technical expertise in water/wastewater/stormwater engineering practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus.
The starting salary for this role is $125,000, with final compensation tailored to your qualifications, experience, and licensure.
