Land Surveyor, PLS - Project Manager

Webuild is seeking an experienced Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) to lead a growing land surveying team. This position allows management of complex surveying projects and strategic direction for field crews on high‑profile oil and gas, power, and civil/utility development initiatives.

You will lead in‑office surveying operations, manage project workflows, and serve as a primary client contact. Responsibilities include preparing boundary surveys, record plats, easements, construction stakeouts, as‑built surveys, ALTA/NSPS surveys, and topographical surveys, while coordinating closely with engineering staff to support integrated project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have at least eight years of land surveying experience, an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics, Surveying, or a related discipline, and active PLS registration in Pennsylvania and/or Ohio. Proficiency with Civil 3D, Trimble surveying equipment, and other industry‑standard software is required. Strong leadership, project management, and client communication skills are essential.
