A company near Youngstown is seeking to add a Civil / Structural engineer to their team. This role will generate structural calculations, CAD layouts, and other documentation. You will work both in-house and in the field, and requires an individual capable of climbing and collecting data from catwalks above the plant floor.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Experience in Construction, Steel, or heavy industry
- Experience performing structural (Steel and Concrete) design calculations.
- Experience with foundations, columns, girders, etc.
- Proficient with AutoCAD, AISC, AIST, AWS and concrete and mill building specifications.
- Experience with FEA software
- 10% travel required.
