NCDMM is seeking a Project Engineer for the Youngstown Innovation Hub to plan, lead, and execute multiple aerospace/defense projects within defined scopes and budgets. You will develop statements of work, cost proposals, and timelines for new opportunities, ensuring successful execution of hub objectives.
You should bring a 3–5 year track record in project leadership, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and Microsoft Project.
