Security Manager, Customer Service Rep
Responsibilities
- Count and verify VLT drop boxes, VLT Machine Bill Validator, and Food and Beverage drop.
- Prepare appropriate paperwork and enter data into computer systems.
- Collect VLT drop and bill validator drops.
- Perform VLT weighing and coin wrapping process.
- Transport wrapped and counted coin to vault.
- Prepare booth and main bank buys.
- Test all scales at booth and in the hard count room daily.
- Collect VLT cash boxes from the gaming floor and conduct cash/ticket count in the count room to support profitability and compliance goals.
- Remove cash boxes from slot machines and replace with empty boxes following Internal Controls and Ohio State Gaming Regulations.
- Transport all collected cash boxes to the Count Room following a predetermined route.
- Ensure key control procedures are followed.
- Operate automated currency equipment to count and process tickets/currency removed from cash boxes.
- Prepare Cash Storage Box Report with supporting documentation from the count of cash boxes.
- Package currency and tickets into predetermined amounts for later use or deposit.
- Transport verified tickets/currency to the Main Bank and ticket storage area within Internal Controls and Ohio State Gaming Regulations.
- Maintain all count room equipment daily and keep the room clean.
- Collaborate professionally with other departments as needed.
Additional duties may be assigned as needed. The employer reserves the right to revise or change job duties with appropriate notification.

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Education and/or ExperienceHigh school diploma, general education degree (GED), or one to three months of related experience/training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language SkillsRead and interpret documents in English; communicate verbally and in writing in English.
Mathematical SkillsPerform basic arithmetic with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals; use units of U.S. currency and measure weight, volume, and distance. Operate adding machines and basic computer functions.
Reasoning AbilityApply common sense to follow written or verbal instructions and solve problems involving multiple practical variables.
Certifications, Licenses, RegistrationsObtain any licenses, permits, or registrations required by federal, state, or local regulations. Maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record as required by the employer’s auto‑insurance carrier.
Physical DemandsThe role regularly requires standing, using hands to handle objects, reaching, lifting up to 50 lbs., and performing tasks in varying work areas including confined spaces. Must be drug‑free.
Work Environment- Moderate noise level.
- Employee is under video and audio surveillance in limited areas; performance may be observed and recorded.
- Exposure to second‑hand tobacco smoke is possible.
