Job Description
ABM Industries is looking for a Lot Attendant to perform a variety of duties providing quality service for monthly parking customers and daily parking customers. The Parking Attendant must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned. The Parking Attendant will be entrusted with cash and credit payments and be required to account for all vehicles and their payments for the day.

9 am – 5 pm, Tuesday–Saturday.
Pay: $15.00 per hour.
Responsibilities- Approach and greet all customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Use respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, and concerns.
- Relay customer concerns and/or information to shift lead or Operations Manager as necessary.
- Be quick and responsive to provide excellent customer service.
- Follow all company procedures and comply with all safety regulations.
- Issue and/or collect visitor parking tickets.
- Match visitor ticket to parking rate schedule; collect proper payment from visitors and distribute correct change.
- Complete lost ticket forms when original tickets cannot be located.
- Reconcile receipts, cash, and charges; accurately account for all funds within the cashier drawer.
- Perform revenue drops following specific location procedures.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area.
- Answer telephone promptly and courteously, when required.
- Immediately report accidents, incidents or safety concerns to Operations Manager or Shift Lead.
- Communicate professionally at all times with guests, clients, and teammates.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or general cleaning roles is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
