Senior FP&A Analyst - Drive Strategic Growth with Data-Driven Insights. • Onsite in Youngstown
• $90K-$110K, based on experience, plus annual bonus opportunity

• Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly/quarterly forecasting cycles.
• Build and maintain robust, flexible financial models and scenario analyses to support business decisions.
• Perform variance analysis and clearly explain key drivers impacting performance.
• Partner with department leaders to align financial plans with operational goals.
• Identify inconsistencies or risks in reporting to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Analyze trends in sales, margins, costs, productivity, and profitability.
• Develop pricing, cost, and margin analyses to support product and customer profitability decisions.
• Support capital expenditure (Cap Ex) planning, ROI analyses, and post-investment reviews.
• Create executive-level dashboards and reporting for leadership and Board presentations.
• Analyze manufacturing cost structures and operational performance to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations leaders on cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.

• 3-5 years in Analysis, FP&A, operations finance, cost accounting, or manufacturing analytics
• Advanced Excel proficiency and expertise in financial modeling (building models from scratch)
• Strong understanding of operational impact on P&L and balance sheet
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity, work independently, and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and business partnering skills
• Knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and manufacturing cost analysis
• Experience with ERP systems (Sage 300, MiSys, Epicor, Net Suite, Oracle, etc.)
• Proficiency with BI/analytics tools (Power BI, SQL, Tableau)
• Professional designations such as MBA, CPA, or CMA

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Prior exposure to manufacturing cost structures and analytics tools
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
