We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Accounting / Finance Intern to support our Finance team across key accounting and financial processes. This internship provides hands‑on exposure to accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, and general accounting operations within a manufacturing environment. The intern will assist with day‑to‑day financial activities while gaining practical experience working with real business data and processes.

This is an opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects while developing a strong understanding of accounting and finance functions in a professional setting.

• Assist with accounts payable processes, including invoice review and data entry
• Support accounts receivable activities, including payment tracking and reconciliation
• Assist with organizing and maintaining financial records and documentation
• Support general ledger and financial data review processes
• Help prepare financial reports and summaries for internal use
• Review financial information for accuracy and consistency
• Assist with data organization and cleanup within financial systems
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to gather and validate financial information
• Support process improvement initiatives related to accounting and reporting workflows

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
