The Residential Assistant (RA) is responsible for:

• Answers signal lights, bells, or intercom system to determine residents' needs.
• Assist residents with specific needs involving their activities of daily living.
• Assist with resident's laundry when needed.
• Complete light housekeeping duties.
• Maintain physical environment in a clean, safe, and pleasant manner.
• Perform other related activities as assigned or requested.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have current First Aid Certification or must obtain within 60 days of hire.
