Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Full Time & Part Time OPENINGS, 1st and 2nd shifts available. Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour.

INTERVIEW DAYS ARE ON TUESDAYS from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at our office.

At Via Quest Residential Services our DSPs provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities in intermediate care facilities and their homes. • Providing direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, with a focus on fostering independence, choice and empowerment while ensuring health and safety.
• Supervising, teaching and assisting individuals in all aspects of life.
• Completing household tasks including meal preparation and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
• Providing personal care assistance.

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Personal, reliable vehicle to transport individuals served.
• Valid OH driver s license and car insurance.
• Motor Vehicle Record must meet Via Quest s Authorized Driver Criteria.
• Can push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs, and can climb, balance, kneel and crouch.
