Shift: Day shift, Monday-Friday

Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited college or university.
- Current, unrestricted license to practice psychology in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, including 1 year in a comparable position.
- Valid driver's license is required.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological screenings, assessments, and clinical interviews with inmates/residents.
- Collaborate with other clinical staff to ensure integrated treatment activities.
- Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans based on evaluation of needs.
- Perform regular rounds in confinement areas to assess adjustment and treatment needs.
- Provide psychological counseling, interventions, and crisis support to inmates in need.
- Consult with multidisciplinary teams to understand factors contributing to behavioral changes.
