You will conduct mental health screenings and assessments, collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and social workers, and develop, implement, and adjust individual treatment plans to meet varying needs.
You will document all activities in care records, maintain strict confidentiality, and provide crisis intervention as needed.
