Atlas Rehab and Wellness
, an award-winning, privately-owned therapy services provider with over 20 years of experience is looking for an exceptional Physical Therapist to work PRN at our partner's outpatient facility in Youngstown, Ohio.
- Interdisciplinary discussion/review of patients on schedule and treatment.
- New admissions evaluations.
- Review of potential discharges and communication of floor programs.
- Staff training and/or communication of patient progress.
- Programming:
Wheelchair, splints, adaptive equipment. - Communication with family/facility staff of patient progress, updated goals, adaptive equipment, change of status.
