• Support individuals with personal goals and daily routines
• Assist with personal care when needed
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Encourage participation in community activities
• Help individuals develop confidence and independent living skills
• Maintain accurate records and follow care plans

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must possess a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment criminal background check
• Caring, patient, and reliable personality
• Experience is helpful but not required
