Perform unit-receptionist duties and clerical tasks on the nursing unit, including coordinating communications and handling patient/family inquiries;
Assist with patient discharge and transfer processes and communicate needs to nursing staff;
Manage supplies and equipment by ordering per par levels and maintaining unit worksheets;
Answer unit telephones and respond to patient call lights promptly to address needs;
Greet physicians, coordinate physicians with associates, and support documentation in Epic Care PATH and related systems
