Position SummaryWe are seeking a Master’s Level Licensed Social Worker (LSW or LCSW) to provide compassionate, high‑quality mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient setting. This is a clinical therapy position focused on assessment, individual/family counseling, group facilitation, and care coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive bio‑psycho‑social assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling services.
- Facilitate therapeutic groups for children, adolescents, and adults.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the electronic health record.
- Collaborate effectively with families, schools, courts, and other professionals.
- Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
- Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed.
- Link clients to community resources and support systems.
- Uphold professional ethics and standards of practice.
- Education:
Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program. - Licensure:
Active LSW or LCSW in the State of Ohio (required). LISW strongly preferred. - Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience in mental health, counseling, or social work. - Strong clinical documentation skills and familiarity with electronic health records.
- Knowledge of community resources in the Mahoning Valley.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience working with children/adolescents and adults.
- Training in evidence‑based practices (CBT, trauma‑informed care, motivational interviewing, etc.).
- Experience in criminal justice, school‑based, or integrated behavioral health settings.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
