Mercy Health - - Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the guidance of the Registered Nurse or designated health care professional;
Obtain and record vital signs, height and weight; assist with activities of daily living;
Transport patients and assist with mobility; support discharge planning and patient education;
Perform selected bedside procedures under supervision (venipuncture, ECG, wound care);
Assist in daily cleaning of patient rooms and care center; inventory supplies and respond to caregiver requests
