Our agency is looking for a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to join our clinical team. In this role, you will lead the delivery of compassionate, high-quality care to individuals on their journey toward recovery. Responsibilities:

  • Implement and review treatment plans, complete initial assessments, and all progress notes in a timely manner
  • Monitor programming to promote integrated health and recovery with a patient centered care focus
  • Acts as communication liaison between therapists and leadership team
  • Provides overall oversight of required documentation to ensure that therapists are meeting regulatory content and timelines.
  • Reviews, approves, and signs, as appropriate, Psychosocial Assessments, Add/Drops, Discharge and Treatment Plans.
  • Completes Supervision documentation with therapists within the required timelines in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
  • Provides weekly individual/group supervision with assigned staff that includes observations of sessions in clinic, or chart audits
  • Provides orientation training and initial supervision to new therapists.
  • Work with team and leadership to identify and support staff training needs
  • Support staff and patients in a manner that encourages and maintains diversity, cultural competency and trauma informed care

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work or related field required
  • LPCC-S or LISW-S required
