Tier One IT Analyst Technician

Location: Youngstown OH

Type: Long-term ongoing contract with the opportunity to hire when selected.

Pay Rate: $23 per hour plus PTO and Holiday PAY

Title: Tier One IT Analyst Technician

Enthusiastic and motivated IT analyst/technician to provide internal system and deskside support to employees and contractors. This is a fast-paced and rewarding environment. The candidate will have a mix of technical and customer service skills, a positive and extroverted personality, a passion for technology and helping people, and a drive to learn continuously. Willing to train the right candidate who does not have formal IT experience but wishes to make a change.

• Handle Tier 1 escalations through tickets.
• Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely updates and resolution.
• Provide internal system and deskside support of Windows PCs, Apple iPad and iPhone devices, thin clients, printers, desk and mobile phones, and other technology used in a typical office.
• Create accounts and configure hardware as part of onboarding process.
• Support audio and video equipment in conference rooms.
• Manage and monitor internal assets to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Other duties may be added and/or assigned as needed.

• Familiarity with common operating systems such as Windows 10 and 11 as well as use of cloud office systems such as Office 365.
• Must have A+ certification.
• Familiarity with typical PC hardware, thin clients, printers, scanners, computer peripherals, and mobile devices.
• Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of end-users.
• An ability to learn technical material.
• Exceptional organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to lift moderate loads up to 20 pounds to a height of 3-4 feet.
• Ability to drive to company locations within the greater Pittsburgh area. A valid Pennsylvania driver’s license is required along with a vehicle in good condition.
