Job Description
We provide paid training – no prior medical experience required. You will assist with every step of the blood collection process, including transporting and setting up equipment at donation sites, interacting with volunteer donors, and ensuring safety procedures are followed.
Key Responsibilities- Connect personally with donors, listening to their stories and explaining how their donation helps people.
- Collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits.
- Maintain meticulous detail to ensure collected blood meets regulatory requirements and can be safely transfused.
- Operate Red Cross vehicles, and assist with setting up and tearing down equipment at mobile donation sites. The position requires a minimum height of 60 inches.
- Work a variable schedule that may include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay- Non‑Driver: $17.83 per hour
- Driver: $18.87 per hour
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Physical ability to lift, push or pull heavy weights, operate vehicles, and adapt to irregular hours.
- DOT certification and a medical certification of at least one‑year duration.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Prior healthcare or phlebotomy experience (CNA, MA, EMT, etc.).
- Prior leadership experience.
