- Manage and maintain optimal inventory levels across all locations to ensure uninterrupted operations
- Oversee purchasing of MRO supplies including PPE, safety equipment, CAPEX items, freight, and packaging materials
- Lead pricing negotiations and drive cost-saving initiatives to maximize value
- Conduct vendor evaluations and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and reliability
- Utilize ERP systems (Sage 300) and Excel to set up, track, and manage purchase orders
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing MRO and consumable materials
- BS in Supply Chain Management preferred
- Demonstrated experience with packaging supplies procurement and freight negotiation
- CAPEX purchasing experience is a strong plus
