Swim Kids Utah is seeking a strong, people-focused General Manager to lead daily operations, develop a high‑performing team, and ensure an exceptional experience for every family we serve.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, takes ownership of results, and is excited to grow with a rapidly expanding business.

• Lead, hire, train, and develop a team of instructors and front desk staff
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and high‑quality service
• Maintain a positive, accountable team culture aligned with company values
• Monitor performance and forecast staffing and business needs
• Ensure facility cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and resolve escalated concerns
• Partner with ownership to support growth and continuous improvement

• Previous leadership or management experience (required)
• Strong ability to lead, coach, and hold a team accountable
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organized, dependable, and solution‑oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment
• Passion for working with kids and families

Average of 45 hours per week

Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM (shift‑based coverage)

Occasional Saturdays required
