HVAC Service Manager
Lead a High-Performing Team. Build a Career You're Proud Of. Help build the most trusted home service company in the community.
Residential HVAC Service Management | Youngstown / Boardman, OH
Some people manage technicians. Others build teams that change lives.
At Goods Electric, Heating & Air, we believe every family deserves a home that's bright, safe, and comfortable. Every furnace repaired, every air conditioner installed, every customer served is an opportunity to earn trust that lasts long after the job is finished.
But none of it happens without great people.
We're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Manager who enjoys coaching others, building systems that work, solving problems, and helping technicians become the professionals they’re capable of being.
If you find more satisfaction developing people than simply managing numbers, we'd love to talk.
About Good’s Electric, Heating & Air:
We're not trying to become the biggest home service company in the Mahoning Valley. We're working to become the most trusted. That means earning trust, one customer, one technician, and one decision at a time.
Our purpose is simple:
Helping families have a bright, safe, and comfortable home.
Our vision is ambitious:
To become the most trusted home service company in our community.
Our decisions are guided by our core values:
Faith. Excellence. Diligence. Helpfulness.

- Lead, manage, and hold accountable a team of HVAC service technicians.
- Conduct daily huddles, weekly meetings, and regular ride-alongs.
