• Lead and develop a high‑performing team, coaching and supporting Shift Managers and team members
• Cultivate a guest‑first culture, ensuring every interaction is welcoming and efficient

• Foster open communication and collaboration across all shifts
• Assist in executing store‑level strategies to drive sales, guest satisfaction, and profitability
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, vendor relationships, and cash control
• Drive promotional execution, ensure food service compliance, and elevate the in‑store experience
• Maintain and align the store with Race Trac brand standards; champion food safety and compliance
• Conduct regular food quality checks and coach the team on safety standards
• Analyze reports, identify trends, and take action to improve store performance
• Support team scheduling and staffing in coordination with the General Manager
• Provide performance feedback to drive accountability across the team
• Champion teamwork, open and inclusive communication, and support associates through busy periods
• Monitor staffing levels, create schedules, and provide feedback on performance outcomes

• 3‑5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership
• 1+ year of management experience preferred
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Experience in high‑volume, guest‑focused environments
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales

• High School Diploma or GED, in progress or completed
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed
• Willingness to obtain and maintain food handler and alcohol server permits (if required)
