- Assist in executing store‑level strategies to drive sales, guest satisfaction, and profitability
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, vendor relationships, and cash control
- Drive promotional execution, ensure food service compliance, and elevate the in‑store experience
- Maintain and align the store with Race Trac brand standards; champion food safety and compliance
- Conduct regular food quality checks and coach the team on safety standards
- Analyze reports, identify trends, and take action to improve store performance
- Support team scheduling and staffing in coordination with the General Manager
- Provide performance feedback to drive accountability across the team
- Champion teamwork, open and inclusive communication, and support associates through busy periods
- Monitor staffing levels, create schedules, and provide feedback on performance outcomes
- 3‑5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership
- 1+ year of management experience preferred
- Strong coaching, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Experience in high‑volume, guest‑focused environments
- Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales
- High School Diploma or GED, in progress or completed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed
- Willingness to obtain and maintain food handler and alcohol server permits (if required)
