We are looking for Production Associates for 3rd shift.

Production Associate

Job Summary: As a Production Associate, you’ll train with highly skilled leaders in all areas of vinyl liners & covers production. Ensure a safe working environment while performing assigned tasks, including working with machinery and small hand tools. Work on a team of dedicated associates manufacturing swimming pools and pool components.

• Safe: Sustaining a work environment that is safe for all.
• Dependable: Showing up on time each day, ready for the workday.
• High Performers: Accountable for results and aspiring to be defect-free.

• Sewing experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with the ability to multitask while working with a team, as well as independently.
• Capacity to work with one’s hands and small tools (coordination and dexterity).
• Ability to frequently bend, reach, push, pull and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and/or sit for 8+ hour shifts.
• Reliable mode of transportation.

Position Title: Production Associate

Employment Type: On-site

Status: Full-time

Shift: 3rd Sunday Night through Friday morning 11pm - 7am

Salary Range: $18.45 hourly PLUS $1 Shift Differential

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across US geographic markets. Starting pay for this role will vary based on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
